Are you aware of when you could be suggesting clients take their pets to hydrotherapy? Hydrotherapy is a brilliant, complementary therapy that can benefit patients suffering with a range of conditions and clinical signs. Whilst a referral to a qualified hydrotherapist must be carried out by a Veterinary Surgeon, as nurses we can inform clients of the advantages of a course of treatment, answering any questions they may have about the process. In this webinar, I aim to provide an explanation of what hydrotherapy is and how it works, how it can help our patients, some of the techniques and clinical reasoning used and hopefully give you a better understanding of the complementary therapy options available to our patients who really need it. In the paid files, you will find a Hydrotherapy information sheet that you can print and give to clients in your practice to compliment any conversations you have already had with them. I would love to hear what you think and I am available to answer any questions you may have over on my Instagram page - @megthervn
